About Yemalleh Len
Yemalleh Len means ‘Treat them equally’ in Wolof. This message ties the two main souls of this project together: culture and roots, represented by the uniqueness of the Wolof language, and social justice, whereby the only society that should exist treats all human and non-human beings equally across their differences. Our wide range of social, political and cultural activities, with a particular focus on youth, sports and musical exchange between Europe and Africa, contributes to reaching the Yemalleh Len objective through their explicit stance against capitalism, colonialism and patriarchy.
